The
West Moreton Braford Promotion Group was formed in Maleny in 1976
as a means of promoting Braford cattle in an area that is diverse
in many ways.
It is one of ten independent Promotion Groups
that operate under the umbrella of the Australian Braford Society.
Each group represents a different geographical area.
West Moreton Group aims are:
- To promote the sale of Braford cattle.
- To give members a united voice within the Australian Braford
Society.
- To keep members up-to-date with changes, trends and innovations
in breeding and the cattle industry generally.
- To support our Youth in all aspects of showing and cattle
husbandry.
- To provide a local support network for members.

On each occasion the meetings are held at different members'
